These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", or "you") and Rezeki777 (hereinafter "Rezeki777", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Rezeki777 online gaming platform accessible at rezeki777.cam (the "Platform") and all associated services offered thereon.

To register and maintain an Account on Rezeki777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Rezeki777 or any affiliated entity.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement, whether placed through Rezeki777 or any third-party gambling self-exclusion scheme.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

Rezeki777 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an Account, or request additional documentation at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria have not been or are no longer met.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must notify Rezeki777 promptly of any changes to this information.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal or at any time Rezeki777 deems appropriate, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). KYC documentation typically includes:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad (IC), Passport, or Driver's License (front and back).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months, displaying your name and residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document alongside your face.
• Payment Method Verification: Documentary evidence of the payment method used for deposits, where required.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility. Rezeki777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that arises from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Rezeki777 accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods suited to the Malaysian market. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits. The following payment methods are currently supported:

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless a specific promotion requires a higher minimum. Maximum deposit limits are subject to the limits set by your chosen payment provider and any applicable account-level restrictions.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources are prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational and compliance constraints. Rezeki777 targets the following processing timeframes:

Processing times shown are targets under normal operational conditions. Requests that trigger compliance or fraud review procedures may take longer. Rezeki777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request prior to processing.

Withdrawals will not be processed where the Player's Account has not completed KYC verification, where bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding, or where the Account is subject to a fraud, compliance, or dispute investigation.

Rezeki777 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the applicable promotion page. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus rules apply to all Rezeki777 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per game round is MYR 250 unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games and table games typically contribute 10% – 20%. Scratch cards and other instant games may have varying contribution rates. Specific rates are published on the promotion detail page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period, or for which wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account along with any associated winnings.
• Maximum Cashout: Certain bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings, regardless of the total winnings accumulated during bonus play.
• Bonus Abuse: Rezeki777 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void associated winnings if it identifies any pattern of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-edge games to meet wagering requirements, systematic use of specific betting strategies designed to defeat wagering requirements, or abuse of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.

All bets placed on the Rezeki777 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing wagers. In cases of ambiguity, Rezeki777's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final and binding.

With respect to sports betting, including markets for the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events:

• Bets are accepted subject to the odds and terms displayed at the time the bet is placed.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to acceptance confirmation from the system. Bets for which confirmation is not received are not valid.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error or technical error resulting in clearly erroneous odds, Rezeki777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Winnings on sports bets will be credited to the Player's Real Money Balance following settlement of the applicable event, which typically occurs within 30 minutes of event conclusion.
• Rezeki777 reserves the right to restrict the maximum stake amount on any bet, market, or event at its discretion.

For casino games (slots, live dealer, table games), all game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Rezeki777 does not manipulate game outcomes, and all games are provided by licensed game studio partners operating under independent certification.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Rezeki777 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Registering or attempting to maintain more than one Account.
• Allowing another person to access or use your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to guarantee profits or exploit betting markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches, or software vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals fraudulently after withdrawing funds or receiving winnings.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any Rezeki777 employee, support agent, or other Platform user.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

Rezeki777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a minority of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

Players can access the following responsible gambling tools at any time through their Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from Rezeki777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rezeki777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

Rezeki777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous uninterrupted access.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by law, Rezeki777's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Rezeki777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any outstanding balances or pending withdrawals, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal instruction from a payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being operated by a person under the age of 21.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or request from a competent authority.

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team at the email address listed in Section 16 of these Terms. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding Real Money Balance will be refunded to your registered payment method following the successful completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

Rezeki777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where applicable law requires a mandatory notice period. Any changes will be effective upon publication on the Platform, as indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with a material change to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account and cease use of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operational jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration. Players retain any mandatory consumer protection rights available to them under the laws of Malaysia that cannot be excluded by contract.

In the event of any inconsistency between the English language version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
